June 1, 2003 - Alternatie Office expands support for Spainish customers.
July 1, 2003 - Alternative Office, Inc's web site goes online.
November 1, 2003 - Alternative Office, Inc upgrades CTI equipment to enhance and expand existing technologys.
December 5, 2003 - Alternative cuts over to an all digital telephone circuit.
September 1, 2004 - Alternative expands into to Tyler, Texas.
November 5, 2004 - Alternative adds 300 new 800 numbers for market expansion.
December 6, 2004 - Alternative upgrades to new dispatch server and adds addtional dispatch lines for expansion and better service.
December 20, 2004 - Alternative upgrades to new VMIII voice mail system with improved performance, enhanced features, and additional services to include fax to e-mail.
December 28, 2004 - Alternative expands into Laredo, Texas offering Bilingual services.
March 12, 2005 - Alternative expands marketing into Boise Idaho.
July 21, 2005 - Alternative expands marketing into Las Vegas Nevada.
October 6, 2005 - Alternative expands marketing into Naples Florida.
January 10, 2006 - Alternative expands marketing into Yuma Arizona.
May 3, 2006 - Alternative aquires Bay Area service in Coos Bay Oregon.
July 1, 2006 - Alternative adds additional stations.
January 1, 2007 - Alternative adds caller ID
February 15, 2007 - Alternative adds additional stations.
July 12, 2008 - Alternative Expanded market to Middland Texas and Seattle Washington
October 15, 2008 - Dusting McCracken resigned as Sec/Treasurer and Kevan Fortney was promoted to fill the position.
October 25, 2008 - Alternative relocates in existing building to occupy more space needed for ongoing expansions.
November 8, 2008 - Alternative expands markets into Colorado Springs, CO and Bakersfield, CA.
January 5, 2009 - Alterntaive upgrades servers and software to Auto Agent Scripting, Automating Call Flow between Agents desktop and data servers. Added additional T-1 with emergency routing and dual redundacy to existing T-1s.
February 1, 2009 - Alternative expands markets into Atlanta Georgia, Port St Lucie Florida, and, Sacramento California.
